Oceanaire Wins Golden Nugget; Radiant and Shift Among Finalists

Oceanaire has taken home a Golden Nugget.

The LMC community, based in Long Beach, Calif., was honored at the 2020 Golden Nugget Grand Awards in the category of Best Recreational Use/Amenity. Additionally, LMC communities Radiant (Denver) and Shift (San Diego) were finalists in the category of Best Multifamily Community—100 DU/Acre or More.

These prestigious design awards, part of the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, recognize developments that improve local communities through exceptional concepts in design, planning and development.

Oceanaire began leasing in summer 2019 in Downtown Long Beach and offers community amenities that include an outdoor terrace seating with daybed lounges, swimming pool, yoga lawn, clubroom with TVs, outdoor bar and lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center and a barbecue/dining area.

LMC developed the podium-style community in conjunction with architect Togawa Smith Martin, Inc. Oceanaire features 216 apartment homes, a variety of floor plans and near-direct proximity to the beach and Long Beach hot spot Ocean Boulevard.

Radiant began leasing in June 2019 in the Welton Corridor of Downtown Denver and Shift started leasing in Feb. 2018 in the East Village neighborhood of San Diego.
