LMC Announces Start of Leasing at Radiant Apartments

LMC has announced the start of leasing at Radiant, a luxury mixed-use apartment community in the Welton Corridor neighborhood near downtown Denver. Move-ins began in early June.

The luxury high-rise development features 329 apartment homes contained within 18 stories, 3,500 square feet of retail space, panoramic views of the Mile High City skyline and a walkable urban lifestyle in the heart of Downtown Denver.
