Our investment approach begins with a rigorous evaluation process by our local teams positioned across the country. We target high-growth sub-markets with strong demand fundamentals or constrained supply through difficult entitlement processes. We seek to build to current income at attractive development spreads in liquid markets, and add value through our in-house management services dedicated solely to Quarterra communities. We target acquisitions in markets with similar demand fundamentals where market pricing favors buyers vs. builders.
