Twelve Quarterra Communities Earn Reputation’s 800 Award for High Customer Satisfaction

Quarterra continues to set the standard for extraordinary communities where people can live remarkably

Not one, not two but 12 Quarterra communities have been recognized by Reputation, a global leader in reputation experience management, with its 800 Award.

One of the highest achievements a business can earn, Reputation’s 800 Award highlights communities driven by the voice of the customer and committed to keeping the customer experience at the very core of their strategy.

To determine 800 Award honorees, Reputation pulls a list of the Reputation Scores for every business location on the Reputation platform. Scores are assessed based on customer experience metrics, and honorees must achieve a score of 800 or more to be recognized.

The Reputation Score is a proprietary tool that measures review sentiment, volume, spread, recency, response, and length, along with brand reach and health, social engagement, business listing accuracy and search impressions.
