Quarterra Named to Ellis Customer Experience Top 10

The Remy recognized among the best-performing properties in the industry

Quarterra Multifamily is proud to announce the selection of its Florida community, The Remy, as a winner of the 2022 Ellis Customer Experience Top 10 Award.

The Remy, a luxury apartment community in Plantation, located just west of Ft. Lauderdale, was recognized among the top 10 communities for property performance, based on resident surveys in lead conversion, move-in, maintenance, pre-renewal and move-out.

The mid-rise, lakeside community, which features 271 apartment homes, is located in the heart of Plantation, in the center of Broward County. The resort-inspired community combines upscale amenities, modern finishes, and a relaxing vibe that welcomes residents home.

To win the Ellis’ Top 10 Award, which debuted in 2014, companies must receive an average of 93% on loyalty scores from resident surveys, while responding promptly to an average of 90% of completed surveys. In addition, they need to be in the top 10% of best performers across all eligible properties.

The Remy offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes, as well as a one+den option. The homes feature kitchens with Georgetown shaker cabinets and quartz countertops, with islands and wine fridges in select homes. Each home has luxury, wood-inspired flooring and plush carpeted bedrooms. The tiled bathrooms feature walk-in showers and 36-inch royal dreamer tubs.

Property features include a lakeside gazebo, a spacious clubhouse with a grand fireplace, game room with pool table, shuffleboard, wine parlor, large open kitchen and library with coworking spaces. A two-story fitness center overlooks the pool and includes a separate mirrored yoga area. The resort-style pool offers residents lounge seating, grill stations and a hot tub. The garage features enclosed bike storage and two charging stations.

Joining The Remy among the Ellis Customer Experience Best in Class Top 100 is Marlowe, a 176-home boutique community in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Marlowe, a mixed-use luxury community and one of three Quarterra communities in Chicago, incorporates smart home technology to create a convenient and sophisticated living experience.

Methodology for EPMS Surveys

To be eligible to compete for the 2022 Ellis Customer Experience Best in Class Award for Resident Surveys, the property must be on the Ellis Resident Survey Program for at least nine months in 2022 and have 10 or more completed surveys. These properties not only achieved the highest loyalty scores from resident surveys with an average of 93%, but also responded to the resident an average of 90% of the time a survey was completed. These properties also responded to residents within an average of 5.1 days, more than 1.3 days faster than other properties.
