Quarterra Multifamily No. 6 in ORA Power Rankings

Company keeps climbing prestigious J Turner Research list

Quarterra Multifamily’s industry reputation just keeps climbing. Quarterra was recently ranked sixth on J Turner Research’s annual ORA Power rankings for Division II, which consists of organizations with 20,000-33,887 units under management.

ORA scores — which use a statistical model to aggregate and analyze online ratings and reviews and generate a 0-100 rating — reflect overall resident and prospect sentiment about individual communities and companies. This year, Quarterra received an overall score of 75.89, well above the industry average of 66.06. The company finished 15^th on the prestigious list last year.
