Mountain View apartments sell to corporate housing provider at $738,000 per unit

Corporate housing provider Oakwood Worldwide last week added a high-profile Mountain View complex to its portfolio, illustrating continued red-hot demand for business-travel accommodations. Oakwood will manage the property for Singapore-based investment firm Mapletree Group, which paid $110 million, or $738,000 per unit, for the 149-unit complex at 881 East El Camino Real formerly known as Tera, according to public records.
