The Ellis Customer Experience Best in Class Award for Resident Surveys is presented to the top 10% of communities in the nation. Awards are based on resident surveys of five factors: lead conversion, move-in, maintenance, pre-renewal, and move-out. Ellis has surveyed residents of almost 800,000 apartment homes since 2014. The award honors not just outstanding customer experience but also customer loyalty. This loyalty is the ultimate measure of customer relationship success, built through the customer experience LMC associates consistently provide.
2017 Elite 1% ORA Power Rankings
Muse, Malbec at Vallagio & Sync36
J Turner Research has announced the 2017 Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking of communities with the best online reputation in the nation. The annual ranking is chosen based on an extensive search of over 71,000 apartment communities across multiple resident review websites. Of the 71,000 communities, a total of 977 made it to the ORA Elite club in 2017 and 3 of them are LMC communities. We are proud to congratulate Sync 36 for scoring a 96, Malbec at Vallagio scoring a 92 and Muse scoring 90! The importance of online reviews is more important now than ever before, with 90% of consumers reading online reviews prior to visiting a community. LMC communities reaching the top 1% in online reputation is a crowning achievement!
