Associate Spotlight: Bryan Feltman, Regional Property Manager

It is always a bonus when LMC finds an experienced industry veteran to lead a community, and that is exactly what we got in Bryan Feltman at our Shift community in San Diego.* With a dozen years of experience in the multifamily world, Bryan has played an integral role in the success of many communities at various stages of development throughout Southern California. Whether in the city or the suburbs and high-rise or garden apartments, apartment communities have counted on Bryan for stable and productive leadership, and he has delivered.

Let’s hear from Bryan a little bit more of his experience and what he loves most about working for LMC!

What is your official title and job description?

Community Manager – I oversee the operations of a 368 home, 21 story high rise with a low rise podium and 19K square feet of retail space.

What is your LMC story (how did you land at LMC)?

I found out about LMC through Laure Thibodeau and Kristen Mete Kinji. I had the great opportunity of working with them at UDR and Laure randomly called me one day to let me know about an amazing opportunity in San Diego with LMC. I was not sure LMC was the right fit for me but after speaking with Laure and hearing about the LMC culture and development of Shift, I was sold!

Tell us your favorite thing about working at LMC?

100%, my favorite thing about LMC is the culture. I have worked for a variety of companies including Archstone, AvalonBay, UDR and Alliance Residential and the camaraderie, support, and inspiration LMC provides is unmatched.

What's your favorite LMC Core Value?

Communities, not complexes. I love my job because I believe a Community Manager can really set the tone for whether a sense of community is truly developed or not. People want to feel proud of where they live and I love knowing I have an opportunity to make their home better.

What are you most looking forward to in LMC's future?

I’m looking forward to creating and developing more relationships within LMC.
