Twenty20 Mad Wins WMFHA Emerald Awards Community of the Year

The Washington Multifamily Housing Association Emerald Awards event is a special opportunity for the Washington state multifamily housing industry to acknowledge the great work done by associates working at communities throughout the state.

In March 2020 LMC's Twenty20 Mad community won the WMFHA Emerald Award for Community of the Year, 151+ home category. This category recognizes a community which maintains the highest level of excellence, and we are honored to be named as the best of the 16 communities in the category.
