LMC’s latest recruitment video has received some prominent recognition.
The video, Neighborhoodies, was recently recognized as Bronze Winner in the Annual Telly Awards. The minute-long spot provides a buoyant overview of the company, following associates from different divisions across different parts of the country, who are all connected by the LMC-branded sweatshirt, the Neighborhoodie.
Neighborhoodies was recognized in the category of General – Online Commercials in the 41st annual rendition of the prestigious awards. The Telly Awards honor excellence in television and video across multiple mediums, spanning documentaries, television shows, digital series and branded content.
In the comfortably paced video, a female narrator explains LMC’s mission to develop, build and manage apartment communities in key locales across the country. She alludes to LMC's unique and enthusiastic company culture, in which open lines of communication foster inspiration and collaboration.
“We map out blueprints and communities, but we also map out careers. Our associates, residents and communities are at the heart of everything we do,” the narrator says to close the video.
