At Quarterra, we proudly integrate environmentally friendly and energy efficient features into 100% of our newly developed properties. Starting at the concept phase, and from construction to ongoing management, our approach is to build with the future in mind. Through ongoing energy audits, and monitoring, sustainability doesn’t end at construction completion for us.
Building Greener
100% of our newly developed properties contain sustainable building products and energy efficient smart home technology that we consider standard for all Quarterra communities.
Monitoring Our Impact
Quarterra leverages ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, along with other sustainability-driven technology platforms for 100% of our operating portfolio to monitor and assess energy output and efficiencies.
PROPRIETARY EMS
Our proprietary and robust Environmental Management System implements consistent standards and procedures to evaluate, promote and monitor environmental sustainability and feasibility for each of our ground-up developments.
