Read Across America

For the past 2 years LMC has sponsored a local initiative in Stamford, Connecticut called Read Across America Day by purchasing 70 copies of 4 different books; with a total of 280 books and donated them to the local school libraries. Additionally, each associate read the stories to Kindergarten classes in several different schools in the Stamford public school system. Approximate value of books - $1,500. Associates reading to kindergarten children - priceless!
