Associate Spotlight: Jonathan White, Pricing Manager

After joining LMC in 2015, Jonathan White raised his hand to opportunity and was ready to work! With a background in real estate, he thrived as a Leasing Professional in Dallas at Crest at Park Central and quickly became the Assistant Manager. He continued to excel in all aspects of property management and operations, while entertaining us with his infectious laugh and On Point wardrobe. After the sale of Park Central, he jumped at the chance for a spot at our corporate office and Lee Bradford was thrilled to have him join the Operations Team!

Let’s hear from Jonathan a little bit more of his experience and what he loves most about working for LMC!

What is your LMC story?

I started working for LMC back in 2015 at Crest at Park Central a community we no longer own as a Leasing Professional. My first day there was the opening day for the community so it was a world wind to say the least. In 2016 I was promoted to Assistant Community Manager at Crest at Park Central. The community sold at the end of 2016 and I was promoted again and took a position with the Operations Team. In my current position I work closely with our onsite teams to ensure they have the tools needed to complete their day to day task and also make sure that they understand our systems and that our systems and programs are working correctly. I also get to go back out on site from time to time to get my feet wet and assistant the teams hands on.

Tell us your favorite thing about working at LMC?

My favorite thing about working with LMC would have to be the people. We all have fun doing what we do and it makes a huge difference when you are having fun.

What are you most looking forward to in LMC’s future?

I’m looking forward to more growth and all the great things we have coming!
