This is the ability to control your lights, shades and temperature all from your smartphone - The Lennar Dream Suite by Lutron. Let our app keep you comfortable!

WORK

Our LMC co-working spaces allow residents to book a personal office space and utilize services such as copying and printing right from their home! All spaces can be booked using our proprietary LMC app and are equipped with the latest technology. Working from home has never been easier!

TRAIN

Our state-of-the-art facilities designed at 2600 sq. ft. on average include our multi-screen motivational wall. We have partnered with GoPro for the content and have developed a customized 6-hour music loop to motivate and energize. Working out is taken to a whole new level at our LMC communities!
