Tyler Wood is a Senior Director with Quarterra. He oversees acquisition, development, and construction activities across the Basin region, which encompasses Utah, Nevada, and the Sacramento and Central Valley markets in Northern California. To date, Tyler has overseen or contributed to the development of more than 5,000 multifamily homes, with experience across garden, mid-rise, and high-rise product types. His work encompasses the full development lifecycle, including acquisition, entitlements, design coordination, capital structuring, construction execution, and asset management.
Prior to joining Quarterra in 2014, Tyler served as Vice President of Acquisitions at LCOR Ventures, where he focused on new investment opportunities, financing strategies, and asset management initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Advisors and LCOR Incorporated in New York City, where he gained experience in capital markets advisory and high-rise condominium development. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Colorado.
