Tyler Wood is a Senior Director for the Northern California division of Quarterra Multifamily Communities. He currently oversees parts of the Northern California market, Nevada, and Utah. To date, he’s overseen or aided in the development of over 5,000+ multifamily homes in the region with a focus on garden, mid-rise, and high-rise construction types.
He also has five years of commercial real estate experience in the New York City region focused on high-rise condo developments and as a capital markets intermediary. Prior to joining Quarterra in 2014, Tyler served as a Vice President of Acquisitions for LCOR Ventures. At LCOR Ventures, his primary duties involved new acquisition opportunities, financing, and asset management. Prior to LCOR Ventures, Tyler worked at Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Advisors and LCOR Incorporated, both located in New York, NY. Tyler has an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University and BA in Philosophy from the University of Colorado.
