Taylor Harper

Since starting at Quarterra, Taylor has worked to develop 1,013 units across the Atlanta, GA MSA with a total capitalization of $254 million. Taylor was formerly a Development Manager with Cortland where he worked on their national development team. At Cortland, Taylor was responsible for underwriting and evaluating potential development and acquisition opportunities with various sponsors across both conventional multifamily and age-restricted asset types. Additionally, Taylor managed the execution 1,575 units across three states totaling in $332 million total investment. Prior to Cortland, Taylor worked at JLL in Capital Markets & Multifamily Investment Sales where he was part of the market-leading team that transacted over $7 billion dollars in gross sales from 2015-17. Prior to JLL, Taylor started his career as an Investment Analyst at Multi Housing Advisors (now Cushman & Wakefield). Taylor graduated from Auburn University where he majored in Finance. In his free time, Taylor enjoys supporting the Atlanta Braves along with his Auburn Tigers. Taylor enjoys skiing, cooking, travelling, and spending time with his wife and son and their golden retriever.
