Raymond Dobbins is Director of IT–Financial Systems, where he leads software initiatives, application operations, and vendor coordination to ensure core systems remain reliable and effective. His team manages enhancements, upgrades, testing, and support for internal users, while continuously evaluating system performance and consistency to support operational standards.
Raymond earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University (AGGIE PRIDE!). Prior to joining Quarterra (LMC) as a Project Manager in 2014, he spent nearly 20 years as a certified Sage consultant, with additional experience as an estimator and assistant project architect. He was also among the first LMC/Lennar Associates to complete the Lennar Leadership Development Program.
Outside of work, Raymond enjoys spending time with his family.
