Nathan Tuttle serves as the Senior Director, Development at Quarterra, where he leads multifamily development initiatives across the Northern California Bay Area. With over 25 years of experience in real estate development and construction, Nathan has overseen the entitlement, design, and/or execution of more than 5,400 multifamily units and over 100,000 square feet of mixed-use retail throughout the core Bay Area, Silicon Valley, and Northern Nevada.
His portfolio represents over $2.2 billion in total project costs. Prior to joining Quarterra, Nathan held senior development roles at Lyon Living and Prometheus Real Estate Group, where he led development efforts for multifamily projects across more than a dozen developments. His work spans garden, podium, wrap, and mixed-use communities, including large-scale urban infill projects and complex entitlement efforts. Earlier in his career, Nathan held leadership positions with national homebuilders including Centex Homes and Ryland Homes, gaining broad experience in residential construction and divisional operations. Nathan holds an MBA from Saint Mary’s College and a BS in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and resides in the Bay Area, CA with his wife.
