As Director of Product Development, Megan Glover leads the management of the national plans, specifications, and finishes of Quarterra’s national product prototypes as well as manages the programmatic relationships with national architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners. She streamlines processes and protocols for the national product prototypes and assists Quarterra’s local development teams through all aspects of the development lifecycle including site assessment, due diligence, construction drawing development, and construction administration.
Megan joined Quarterra in 2017 as a development associate, a position which laid the groundwork for her to be tapped to join the Product Development team in 2019 and become an integral part of building Quarterra’s Emblem product. Over the course of her career, Megan has developed 2,800+ units representing over $800 million in total development costs. Prior to her time at Quarterra, Megan worked for a local commercial real estate development firm in Minneapolis, MN. Megan holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Crown College and lives with her husband in and three children in Minnesota.
