Since joining Quarterra in August 2016, Megan Bailey has been responsible for overseeing fund financial reporting and investor reporting, managing liquidity through capital calls and distributions, and supporting tax-advantaged structuring, including REIT management. In her current role, she leads fund management efforts across funds and separate accounts with more than $6 billion in equity commitments.
Prior to joining Quarterra, Megan worked at Walton Street Capital in the financial reporting and portfolio management groups, with a focus on value-add, opportunistic, and debt investment strategies. Megan began her career in the audit practice at EY. She holds a BBA in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia. Megan is a member of the Urban Land Institute and enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young children, spending time outside, and cheering on their favorite sports teams—especially the Georgia Bulldogs.
