Jordon Templeton

Before joining Quarterra in August 2025, Jordon held key HR leadership roles at The Campbell’s Company, where she partnered with executive, senior, and frontline leaders to deliver enterprise-wide talent strategies, drive organizational effectiveness, and lead major change initiatives. Earlier in her career, Jordon held HR leadership roles at various hospitals, Nestlé, and Anheuser-Busch, where she gained deep expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, talent and succession planning processes, and organizational development. Throughout her career, Jordon has successfully guided HR strategy for some of the world’s largest and most recognized organizations, designed and supported enterprise-level change management programs, and partnered with executives to deliver people solutions that strengthen retention, capability, and culture. Jordon holds an M.S. in HR Management from Lindenwood University and a B.H.S. with a minor in Psychology from the University of Missouri. She is also a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner, reflecting her expertise in guiding organizations and leaders through complex, people-centered transformations. Outside of work, Jordon is an active SHRM member and serves on an HR Advisory Group, where she contributes to advancing the profession and shaping future-focused people strategies. Originally from Missouri, she and her husband, Brennan, now live in Charlotte, NC with their Aussiedoodle, Willow. She is also deeply committed to supporting glioblastoma research in honor of her mother, who passed away in 2003, and actively seeks opportunities to contribute to awareness and fundraising efforts. This same sense of purpose and care is reflected in her work, where she is known for her dedication to empowering employees and leaders to reach their full potential.
