Jordon Templeton is a seasoned Human Resources Leader with more than 12 years of progressive HR experience across consumer goods, healthcare, and corporate functions. As Senior Human Resources Manager at Quarterra, Jordon is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, optimizing talent management, and fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s growth and people-first values. In this role, Jordon partners closely with senior leadership and manages relationships with Quarterra’s outsourced HR services, ensuring business objectives and employee needs are met seamlessly. Before joining Quarterra in August 2025, Jordon held key HR leadership roles at The Campbell’s Company, where she partnered with executive, senior, and frontline leaders to deliver enterprise-wide talent strategies, drive organizational effectiveness, and lead major change initiatives. Earlier in her career, Jordon held HR leadership roles at various hospitals, Nestlé, and Anheuser-Busch, where she gained deep expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, talent and succession planning processes, and organizational development. Throughout her career, Jordon has successfully guided HR strategy for some of the world’s largest and most recognized organizations, designed and supported enterprise-level change management programs, and partnered with executives to deliver people solutions that strengthen retention, capability, and culture. Jordon holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology from the University of Missouri. She is also a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner, a designation that reflects her expertise in guiding organizations and leaders through complex transformations with a structured, people-centered approach to change. Outside of work, Jordon is an active SHRM member and serves on an HR Advisory Group, where she contributes to advancing the profession and shaping future-focused people strategies. Originally from Missouri, she and her husband, Brennan, now live in Charlotte, NC with their Aussiedoodle, Willow. Jordon enjoys reading, traveling, and staying on top of the latest fashion and lifestyle trends. She is also passionate about supporting glioblastoma research in honor of her mother, who passed away in 2003, and seeks out opportunities to contribute to awareness and fundraising efforts for this cause. This same sense of purpose and care carries into her work, where she is known for her collaborative, people-first approach and dedication to empowering employees and leaders to reach their full potential.
