As Sr. Director for Quarterra Multifamily Communities (QMC), Jeff Woll leads the Midwest Region on all business operations, strategy, and real estate development efforts. He leads cross disciplinary teams on all site acquisition, contract negotiation, underwriting, entitlement, design, development, construction, and disposition efforts.
Since joining QMC in 2018, Jeff has contributed to the development of 9 different large-scale multifamily communities, over 2,500 units, and totaling $767M of development costs. Jeff holds an architecture license in the state of Illinois, and prior to joining QMC, was the Managing Principal for Antunovich Associates, a large scale Architectural, Planning, and Interior Design Firm with offices located in Chicago, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Austin, and Buffalo. Jeff led all aspects of studio management, oversaw project management, and acted as owner’s representation for large mixed-use developments across the country. Jeff received Master of Business Administration and Master of Architecture degrees from Kent State University, where he graduated Cum Laude and entered the Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society in Architecture and Allied Arts. Going back to high school, Jeff has been intimately involved with Habitat for Humanity building homes across the country. Jeff sits on the Design Review Board for Kent State University and is engaged in the Job Placement Program. Additionally, Jeff is a member of AIA and enjoys all aspects of the built environment. In his free time, Jeff enjoys staying active and spending time with his wife and two sons.
