Jeb Cox serves as Managing Director of Development, leading Quarterra’s Texas division and overseeing new multifamily development initiatives across the state. He is responsible for guiding the divisional team through the full project lifecycle, including sourcing new land for development, entitlements, capitalization, design and construction execution, optimizing for marketability and efficient operability, lease-up, and disposition.
During his career, Jeb has been involved with the acquisition and development of nearly 14,000 apartment homes representing more than $2.1 billion in capitalization across high-rise, mixed-use, podium, wrap, and garden-style communities. Prior to Quarterra, he spent more than a decade at Mill Creek Residential. Before Mill Creek, Jeb was a Managing Director in Trammell Crow Residential’s Houston office, Director of Multifamily Acquisitions at Creekstone Companies, and a brokerage associate at CBRE. He also spent time working as a Legislate Aide in Washington, DC in the United State Senate.
Jeb holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Virginia Military Institute.
