Grace Brink

She also plays a key role in corporate-level business planning, reporting and relationship management with Quarterra's investors and their parent company (Lennar), and managing internal and external communications. Grace first joined Quarterra in 2021 as a member of their Investments Team and was involved in fundraising for new development projects, capital allocation and investment committee processes, fund and portfolio management, asset-level and fund-level financial modeling, and investor relations. Prior to her time at Quarterra, Grace held positions as an Agency analyst and an associate underwriter at Bellwether Enterprise. As an Agency analyst, she prescreened and structured lending opportunities for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac helping grow Bellwether's Agency production from $2.3B to $3.8B within two years. She also underwrote and closed 26 transactions totaling $390M during her 11-month tenure as an associate underwriter. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Furman University. She is actively engaged with Project Destined, serving as a mentor to college students aspiring to enter the commercial real estate finance industry.
