Don Lu currently serves as a Senior Director on the Asset Management team at Quarterra. In this role, he is responsible for leading and maximizing property and operational performance across the company’s Western portfolio. Since joining Quarterra in 2019, Don has overseen the management of over 15,000 units and has also implemented institutional grade budgeting and reporting standards.
Before joining Quarterra, Don held investment and corporate finance roles with prominent New York City based developers and owners, including Rockrose Development and SL Green Realty. His responsibilities in these roles encompassed investment analysis, financial modeling, and portfolio management, providing him with a comprehensive understanding in office and multifamily asset classes. Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut and resides in Southern California.
