Dixi Wang is responsible for Equity Capital Markets at Quarterra, where she works closely with regional development teams and senior leadership to source institutional capital, structure joint venture partnerships, and execute equity investments across the firm’s national development pipeline. She also maintains and grows relationships with equity investors.
Prior to joining Quarterra in 2025, Dixi spent more than a decade across capital markets, acquisitions, development, and asset management spanning multiple real estate asset classes. She held investment and capital markets roles at Amherst Capital, Grosvenor Group, and Alvarez & Marsal Holdings. Over the course of her career, Dixi has participated in and led acquisitions, capital formation, and transaction execution nationwide representing more than 15,000 residential units and approximately $5 billion in total development costs. Dixi began her career in urban design and planning with SWA Group, where she advised global real estate clients on large-scale mixed-use developments. She holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia and a Master of Science in Finance from New York University. Dixi is actively involved with NMHC, ULI, PREA, and AFIRE. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, outdoor activities, and exploring the urban fabric of cities.
