Dan Tilton

Dan’s current responsibilities include sourcing land development site opportunities, negotiating land purchase and sale agreements, coordination and management of financial underwriting, establishing and managing project budgets, schedules, obtaining entitlement approvals, project design coordination and oversight of construction and lease-up of multiple garden, midrise and podium apartment communities. Dan’s prior experience includes 22 years in senior leadership roles with Del E. Webb Corporation, The Symington Company, Shimizu Land Corporation, Trammel Crow Residential, Evans Withycombe Residential, and 12 years as the Managing Member of Tilton Development Company. During his career, Dan has developed over 134,000 SF of Specialty Retail, 569,700 SF of Class-A office, 250 hotel rooms and 9,168 multifamily apartment units at a total cost of $742.3 million. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Arizona State University. Dan sat on the Design Review Standards Committee for the City of Phoenix for 5 years and has also participated as a panel speaker at the Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference in Phoenix, AZ. Dan enjoys fly fishing, running and trips on his motorcycle.
