Dan Mazur is a Director of Development in Quarterra’s Reston, VA office and leads new development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Quarterra in 2024, Dan focused on multifamily development for 10 years at Greystar, Brookfield Properties and Trinsic Residential Group where he was involved in the development of over 2,000 multifamily units with an approximate market capitalization of $700 million.
Dan started his commercial real estate career in 2007 and has worked in finance, investment and asset management roles. Dan received a Bachelor of Science from Towson University and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland.
