Dan Ferguson has served as Senior Vice President for Quarterra since January 2022 where he has overseen the sourcing and execution of multifamily development within the four major Southern California markets. Prior to this role, Dan joined Quarterra in 2015 where he served as both Vice President and Director of Development.
With a multidisciplinary background in urban design and real estate finance, and over 18 years of experience in multifamily development, Dan has overseen the development of 6,000 apartment homes and 75,000 square feet of retail totaling over $2.5 billion in core West Coast markets. Prior to Dan's time with Quarterra, he held various development, investment, and design positions at Shea Properties, Sabal Investment Holdings, and FORMA Urban Planning and Design. Dan holds a master in business administration from The Paul Merage School of Business at University of California, Irvine, a bachelor of science in urban planning and design from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. In his free time, Dan enjoys surfing, adventure travel, and hobby machining.
