Christina Langrall is a Managing Director with Quarterra Group, serving as the Head of Debt Capital Markets and Portfolio Management. As a member of the Investments Team, Christina oversees all secured and unsecured borrowings, hedging, lender relationship management, debt-related investor reporting, and also leads the portfolio value optimization and daily management activities.
Prior to joining in 2019, Christina was at Wells Fargo for 11 years primarily as a banker in their Real Estate Capital Markets division, specializing in originating, structuring, and executing securitized and balance sheet non-recourse debt across all asset classes. Her background also includes working in commercial real estate asset management and single tenant debt and equity solutions such as credit tenant lease placements, sale leasebacks, synthetic leases, build-to-suit transactions, and secondary market principal investing. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she was with Bank of America in their CMBS group. Christina’s capital markets experience ranges up and down the capital structure and includes on- and off-balance sheet debt, securitized products, equity investing and recapitalizations with over $15 billion in executed transactions and over $15 billion in managed structured commercial real estate debt. Christina has a B.A. in economics from Wake Forest University. She is the Treasurer for the Urban Land Institute’s Charlotte region and a member of the ULI Capital Markets Council run in partnership with the Federal Reserve Branch of Richmond. Christina currently lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and their two sons.
