Chris Spendley

Prior to Quarterra, Chris served as Vice President of Development at UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR), leading project delivery and entitlements in various coastal markets across the United States. Earlier in his career, Chris held transactions and asset management roles within UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR), Aimco (NYSE: AIV), and Apartment Realty Advisors (now part of Newmark Group, Inc – Nasdaq: NMRK). Prior to joining the workforce, he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado. Chris is deeply engaged in the real estate industry, including serving as a past Chair and current Member of the ULI – Boston/New England Housing and Economic Development Council, as Member of ULI – Americas Urban Revitalization Council, and past Chair and Member of NMHC’s Emerging Leaders Committee. In his free time, Chris enjoys all things outdoors with his wife and two daughters.
