Tennessee & Coastal Carolinas
Cameron Palm joined Quarterra in 2018 and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing, and management of our projects in the Coastal Georgia, Carolinas, Tennessee, and North Alabama. Prior to his time at Quarterra, Cameron held various design and project management roles at The Preston Partnership in Atlanta, GA working his way up to associate achieving national licensure as an Architect.
He worked on high-rise, mid-rise, and garden-style multifamily projects and student housing projects including designing a few projects for Quarterra during his five-year tenure at Preston. Cameron also gained architectural experience in multiple disciplines including, educational, sports, healthcare, industrial, residential, and hospitality while working for MNK Architects and Martina Lorey Architects located in El Paso, TX. Cameron received his Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University and is a licensed architect in the state of Georgia. He is LEED-NC certified, Congress of the New Urbanism certified, and is NCARB certified for licensure in all 50 states. Cameron grew up in the Colorado Mountains and now lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two young daughters.
