Cameron Koch has served as part of the Investments Team since 2021, focused on critical project analysis, underwriting discipline, and investor relations. In his current role, Cameron is responsible for stewarding projects through internal investment committee approvals, supporting the platform’s underwriting efforts, and optimizing reporting capabilities as a Platform Manager of Quarterra’s CRM, as well as serving as a resource for Capital Markets and Portfolio Management.
Since joining the firm, he’s supported the capitalization of over 25 assets with a total cost over $3.5 billion, as well as managing investor relationships representing over $5.5B in AUM and 50+ assets. Prior to joining Quarterra, he worked briefly in electronics manufacturing and warehousing, assisting in the design and implementation of the first automated production line at his facility. Cameron graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi with a B.B.A. in Managerial Finance and Real Estate and was recognized as the 2020 School of Business Class Marshall. Currently residing with his wife in Charlotte, NC, Cameron enjoys travel, golf, and HGTV.
