Briana Williams is a Vice President at Quarterra, where she focuses on portfolio strategy and performance across the company’s national multifamily platform. She works cross-functionally with teams to drive long-term value creation, overseeing assets from initial lease-up through stabilized operations and eventual realization.
Collaborative by nature, Briana approaches each investment with thoughtful stewardship and a firm belief that strong relationships are essential to successful execution. Briana is a proven leader in transaction management, having served as the primary project manager for 35 asset dispositions across 70 REITs, including a landmark $2.1B transaction in 2024. Before stepping into her current role, she oversaw fund management of Quarterra’s largest investment vehicle, with fund valuation reaching $5.4B during her tenure. Her financial expertise is rooted in prior positions at Cintra and UTC Aerospace Systems, complemented by earlier experience in public accounting. Briana holds two BSBAs from Radford University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Originally from Blacksburg, VA, she now lives in Belmont, NC, with her husband and two sons.
