Brad Reisinger is a Regional President where he oversees all facets of managing Quarterra’s development and construction activities across the Western half of the United States (Denver to West Coast). Brad brings 22 years of diverse real estate development, finance and leadership experience to the team.
Since 2010, Brad has developed over 14,000 apartment homes with a total capitalization of over $5.5B, a majority of which were during his tenure as the Division President for Quarterra in the PNW. Prior to joining Quarterra, he served as the Managing Director of Alliance’s PNW team and as a Vice President for Goodman Real Estate in Seattle. Brad has also held various positions outside of traditional development where he advised clients in structuring complex public private partnerships with $3.4B of fixed income financing; managed the redevelopment and renovation of 5,200 units of privatized military housing; and served as the asset and development manager for a first of its kind fund that raised £310M for private rented sector housing in London during the GFC. Brad earned his BS in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point after which he served as an Army Ranger for five years. He earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He serves on the NAHB Multifamily Leadership Board, the Runstad Department of Real Estate Advisory Board at the University of Washington and is an active member of both NAIOP and ULI.
