Brad Patterson serves as Sr. Director, Operations Controller, overseeing all financial reporting and analysis for Quarterra’s multifamily development business. Since joining Quarterra in 2018, he has led business planning, financial reporting, and fiscal responsibility efforts for the department.
He manages the regional controllers and their accounting team members, providing leadership and oversight across all financial operations. As a Certified Public Accountant, Brad spent 11 years in Financial Services assurance at PwC prior to joining Quarterra, where he specialized in serving large banking clients. Brad holds both a Master of Accountancy (2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (2006) from the University of North Carolina. Outside of work, Brad enjoys traveling with his family and cheering on his two children in sports and school activities.
