Becca joined Quarterra in September 2021 and serves as the Development Controller for the East Region, where she oversees predevelopment and joint venture financial reporting. In this role, she partners closely with both accounting and development teams to manage project costs, guide budgeting processes, and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting for investors and lending partners.
Becca began her career in the audit practice at Grant Thornton, supporting clients across the real estate industry and building a strong foundation in financial analysis and compliance. She holds both a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Carolina. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Becca and her family are active members of Hawthorne Lane United Methodist Church, where she serves on the finance committee. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking trips to the beach, and cheering on the Gamecocks.
