Amanda is a seasoned real estate executive with more 15 years of experience in asset management across multifamily, retail, and office portfolios. She currently serves as Senior Director of Asset Management at Quarterra, where she joined in August 2025 and oversees the East Coast region. In this role, Amanda provides strategic oversight of asset performance and investment execution, leading initiatives related to portfolio optimization, revenue strategy, and disposition planning. She manages key partner and investor relationships and works cross-functionally with development teams to support underwriting, capital structuring, and investment analysis across new and existing opportunities. Amanda also leads and mentors a regional asset management team, ensuring disciplined execution of business plans and alignment with Quarterra’s long-term investment objectives. She brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to maximizing asset performance throughout the investment lifecycle.
Previously, Amanda served as Vice President of Asset Management for a publicly traded REIT, where she oversaw approximately 14,000 multifamily units across 41 assets, primarily in the Sunbelt region. Her experience includes managing joint ventures, executing large-scale capital programs, leading budgeting and forecasting initiatives, and partnering with investments and operations to drive value creation in high-growth markets. Amanda holds a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University. She is recognized for her strategic leadership, financial acumen, and ability to align teams and partners around clear investment objectives to deliver strong, sustainable returns.
