Adam Setzer joined Quarterra in 2025 as in-house counsel to lead the firm's legal department. Prior to joining Quarterra, Adam was a litigator at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, where he helped corporate clients resolve business disputes, defended complex class actions and unfair trade practices claims, navigated data privacy and security matters, and managed complex multi-party cases.
He has represented Fortune 500 companies and a range of other clients in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Parker Poe, Adam worked for an AmLaw 100 firm. He earned his law degree from Wake Forest, where he was a member of the Wake Forest Law Review's editorial staff and served on the moot court executive council. He received his undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill.
