Our Approach to Retail
Retail is seamlessly incorporated into our other divisions for a fully integrated approach. It starts with our Collaboration Protocol which identifies the infrastructure we design and build into the base building to make it easier for tenants to upfit and operate. Our Leasing team is out in the market when construction breaks ground. After a lease is signed, we have retail Project Management to assist our tenants through permitting and construction. Once a retail tenant opens for business, our Multifamily Living and Apartment Life teams encourage residents to patronize on-site retail, distributing tenant-provided collateral and hosting tenant sponsored events at the community.
